Returns:

  • Because of the nature of Custom or Personalized orders, unless they arrive damaged or defective, can not be returned.
  • I do not accept exchanges, or cancellation of products that have already been shipped out. 
  • Please contact me if you have any problems with your order and I will gladly rectify the issue.
Shipping:
  • The time needed to prepare/ create an order for shipping varies. Please allow 3-5 Business Days  for each item. The item may ship sooner.
  • Creation and prep time for all custom requested products do NOT include ship time. You will be notified when your item has shipped.
  • All items will be shipped via USPS priority with a 2-3 day expectancy.
